'Our children are dying slowly,' says Gazan father

A Palestinian father, Mahmoud al-Haw, stood among a crowd of people in front of a soup kitchen in Gaza's Jabalia, scrambling to get a bowl of soup that he said was barely enough to feed his hungry family. The 39-year-old cares for his wife and four children, as well as his brother's two children.

International humanitarian experts have warned of looming famine in the Palestinian enclave of 2.3 million people.
