Germany has been tightening its border security with the new government upping the pressure aiming to curb what it calls irregular immigration. Meet Jakub Wolinski, who is taking Germany to court over checks at its border with Poland. He says that it's not just because the controls make people's lives difficult but also that they contravene EU law.
